    We will prepare the necessary documentation to complete the transaction, providing these to your nominated Lender and undertake searches and enquiries as directed by you.

    We will confirm your available funds with your Lender, prepare settlement correspondence and attend to the physical settlement for your matter, ensuring all relevant parties are advised of its completion, so all that is left is for you to collect the keys!

  • EB Conveyancing are here to ensure your sale is stress free and simple. Starting with pre-contract advice to ensure your legal interests are protected and you understand your obligations under the Contract.

    We will organise and/or assist in the preparation of the discharge of any mortgage, monitor any clauses within the Contract to ensure everything occurs on time.

    During the process, we will organise the signing of the Transfer documents and prepare your matter for settlement.

    We will attend physical settlement on your behalf, notifying all involved parties of its completion and attending to the payment of any outstanding liabilities (including Real Estate fees, rates and land tax).

  • The transfer of property can occur as a result of many situations that life may throw at you, including a refinance application, adding a significant other or a breakdown of a relationship.
